TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cash, Direct Debit and credit card is accepted. All monies due is payable between 21 & 7 days before arrival date.
Registered Guests are liable for any damages to the property, or items within the property. General wear and tear excluded.
If guest numbers exceed the booking request, an additional fee per person will apply.
Visitors of the Guest must vacate the property by midnight.
An additional cleaning fee will apply if the property is not left in an acceptable condition.
doi's is not a 'party house', and no fish cleaning is permitted on the property.
The property is a smoke free zone (no smoking inside premises) and not suited for children under 8 years or pets.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellations, given 7 days or less, before the booking date with forfeit 50% of booking / monies paid.
Any alterations to the booking dates upon or during occupancy forfeit any monies paid.
No arrivals (No-shows) forfeit any monies paid.
